David personally plans and organizes your visit from beginning to end and no reservations, plans or activities are made without your express verbal and written confirmation, via emails. Every single detail must be approved by the client in advance in writing. We specialize in private tours to vineyards around the world, meeting with winery/château owners for exceptional vineyard and winery tours and tasting experiences. First, I take no commissions on any and all airline, hotel, winery or restaurant reservations or planned visits and/or activities. My fee depends on the length of your stay, the number of approved visits, my time and expertise. We negotiate a fee in advance so there are no surprises or hidden costs. The final requested fee is subject to a negotiation with you and your approval in advance, and it depends of these variables: duration of visit, number of advanced, approved visits and overall complexity of your itinerary. The agreed upon fee is payable in advance 30 days before departure and on only final approval by the client and David Lincoln Ross.

No. But Ross Wine Tours does recommend all and any trip insurance. In addition, David can recommend some domestic or international insurance companies on an as-needed basis.

If important changes to the agreed upon itinerary are requested and that require a lot of new planning, Ross Wine Tours will request a mutually agreed upon surcharge, but David will do everything possible within his abilities to make sure the client is satisfied with the new plans and avoid such surcharges, but such changes must be within reason.

It all depends on the level of services requested. Does the plan call for a chauffeur? Do you need an onsite, bi-lingual translator and guide? What level of hotel accommodations do you require? What level of restaurants do you wish to dine at and what level of wine quality do you wish to enjoy.
